The Government of the Northwest Territories (GNWT), Procurement Shared Services (PSS), on behalf of the Department of Infrastructure is requesting tenders for the establishment of a Standing Offer Agreement for the provision of Carpet and Resilient Flooring Services on an "IF, AS & WHEN" required basis.
