Project Identification: Lorain County Crisis and Receiving Center 1. Project Location: 6140 S. Broadway, Lorain Ohio 44053. This project consists of the furnishing and installation of the furniture for the Lorain County Crisis Receiving Center, which is currently under construction, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. All interested parties are welcome to attend the bid opening to be held immediately following the deadline at the Amy Levin Conference Center, 1165 North Ridge Road East, Lorain, Ohio. The estimated cost of all work in Package 1 Staff / Admin Furniture is $625,972.80. The estimated cost of all work in Package 2 Patient Furniture is $112,977.60. The estimated cost of all work in Package 3 Staff/Admin and Patient Furniture is $738,950.40. The EDGE Participation Goal for the Project is 5.0 percent.
