The project consists of a bid made up oflong line markings. The project includes approximately 24.41 miles of centerline and 38.80 miles of edge line in 642 and approximately 24.88 miles of centerline and 45.82 miles of edge line in 643. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty, in accordance with Section 153.54 ofthe Ohio Revised Code. Each bidder shall submit either a Bid Guaranty bond in the amount of 100%, OR a certified check in the amount of 10% ofthe proposal, made payable to the CITY OF GREEN. Green Council reserves the right to accept and/or reject any or all bids. The bid guaranty must be submitted electronically Bid guaranty bonds or checks may be forwarded by registered mail in a sealed envelope labeled with the Project Name and "Bid Guaranty Enclosed", addressed to the City of Green, Attention Finance Director (Bid Guaranty Enclosed), P.O.
