The City of Pomona is requesting bids from qualified contractors for the supply, delivery, and installation of certified playground wood chips at various parks throughout the city. The awarded contract will be valid for a period of three years, with the total quantity of wood chips to be determined annually based on budget availability. Be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations at the time of submitting bid. _ Include Department of Industrial Relations number in bid as well as Contractors State License Board number on subcontractors form. _ Bidders must submit certification documents verifying compliance with ASTM and CPSC safety guidelines for playground surfacing. _ Must possess a city of Pomona business license or obtain one before start of project, must also provide proof of insurance. _ Job must be bid at prevailing wage.
