Bidders shall submit with the Bid current prequalification certificates issued by the DPMC for one of the following classifications: General Contractor with a DPMC Classification of C008 General Construction, or General Contractor with a DPMC Classification of C009 General Construction/Alterations and Additions, or Mechanical Contractor with a DPMC Classification of C032 HVACR In addition, the Bidder is required to submit with the Bid, a current prequalification certificate issued to the Bidder or its subcontractor by the DPMC, for the following DPMC Specialty Trades: Structural Steel: C029 Plumbing: C030 HVACR: C032 (if C008 or C009 is Prime) Electrical: C047 Each Bidder shall also be registered pursuant to the Public Works Contractor Registration Act, N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.48 et seq. and shall provide a valid and current registration certificate with its Bid as to the bidder and all subcontractors. Any Bid submitted without a copy of valid and active prequalification/classification certificates may be rejected as non-responsive to the Bid requirements.
