BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The scope of work includes improvements to electrical, plumbing, structural integrity, HVAC and overall building code compliance. The elements are prioritized in the following order: Roof replacement, Upgrades to address current life safety codes, HVAC replacement / upgrades, electrical upgrades including replacing main distribution panel, remove and replace fluorescent lighting with LED lighting, replace subpanel F, Plumbing upgrades, remove partitions, replacement of doors, windows, caulk and refurbish interior paint. This project has limited funding so the professional must evaluate the systems/components to validate findings and support the identified priorities. ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COST: $2,000,000.00.
