Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Jackson, Wyoming. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Teton County is issuing this request for qualifications "RFQ" in search of experienced persons and firms that have expertise in the field of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) design. A project manual, complete with plans and specifications for HVAC design, is required. The desired outcome is plans and specifications for the demolition and disposal of existing HVAC equipment and its replacement with a new energy-efficient system that integrates with the county building automation standard. A subsequent phase of this project will include construction services and commissioning of completed systems. A goal of this project is to complete design and receive request for proposals on a schedule that would facilitate final construction before the start of the 2025 heating season. 5/6/25 Presentation to Board of County Commissioners 5/7/25 Award Contract and Start Date 6/4/25 Project Completion Date
