Site work and paving for a civil project in Ogden, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The scope of the Project includes all the labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to construct the 1900 W Pipeline Upgrade Project as described in the project plans and specifications. The Work is divided into two bid schedules with the following description: Bid Schedule A includes installing 2,600 feet of 18-inch sewer, 6,000 feet of 24-inch sewer, 30 sewer manholes, 1,820 feet of 12-inch Cured In-Place Pipe (CIPP), rehabilitating 5 existing sewer manholes with epoxy spray-on liner, and 4 trenchless guided bore crossings totaling 364 feet of 42-inch steel casing crossing the Hooper Canal, Wilson Canal, Layton Canal , and Utah Central Railroad. Bid Schedule B includes installing 1,260 feet of 12-inch sewer, 7 sewer manholes, and 1 trenchless guided bore totaling 142 feet of 30-inch casing crossing Union Pacific Railroad. Both schedules include multiple sewer lateral reconnections/extensions, abandoning sewer manholes and pipe, asphalt restoration, curb and gutter restoration, significant traffic control and bypass pumping in 1900 W (UDOT right-of-way) and Midland Drive (Ogden City right-of-way).
