Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, services, equipment, insurance, security notifications, licenses, permits, and fees in accordance with applicable Federal, State, and local regulatory requirements to design and build a new Airport Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) facility at Ogden-Hinckley Airport (OGD) in Ogden, Utah. All work shall comply with the specifications, drawings, contract clauses, and wage rates described in the solicitation. A final NEPA review has not been conducted, and a Notice to Proceed (NTP) will not be issued until a favorable NEPA finding is obtained for the site. The estimated price range for this requirement is between $40,000,000.00 and $65,000,000.00. The Contractor shall begin performance within 1 calendar days and complete it within 913 calendar days Any offeror proposing on this project desiring an interpretation or clarification of the SOW, contract terms and/or conditions, must make their written request by e-mail to to both (Rodgers.L.Cox@faa.gov) and (Sam.G.Culberth@faa.gov), at least 10 calendar days prior to RFO closing.
