Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Ogden, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work consists of base bid which includes the removal and relocation of curb and gutter, removal and replacement of asphalt pavement, installation of 4' and 6' wide sidewalk, and relocation of a fire hydrant as indicated in the Contract Documents and Plans. This is not the full scope of work. COMPLETION DATE: October 31, 2025, See Agreement for more info. BONDS/INSURANCE: Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond. The selected CONTRACTOR shall guarantee all work with a Performance Bond, Payment Bond, and Warranty Bond. WARRANTY: 1-year warranty on all work performed and materials installed is required. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. All documents listed in paragraph 7.01 of the Bid Form must be submitted. No pre-bid conference will be held. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality in a Bid, and to make awards in the best interests of the OWNER. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to ENGINEER in writing no later than 72 hours in advance of the opening of Bids. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by ENGINEER in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than 72 hours prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and otherinterpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
