Ogden City is accepting sealed bids from licensed and qualified Contractors interested in providing Runway Maintenance Work. All work must meet current industry standards and all applicable federal, state and local rules and regulations. Bidders are responsible for securing any and all addenda issued. All contractors intending to submit a bid are ENCOURAGED to attend to obtain relevant information concerning the project. Licensed contractors submitting bids must be able to comply with Ogden City's insurance and bonding requirements. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any bids that best serve its convenience and/or is found to be in the best interest of the City. Proposed Start Date: July 21, 2025 Proposed Finish Date: August 1, 2025 The contractor will be responsible for Main runway 3/21 and portion of taxiways leading into that runway sealcoat and new markings along with minor signage work. Refer to exhibit A, project manual. The contractor will be responsible for: Reviewing construction or specification documents prior to submitting a bid. Attending the non-mandatory pre-bid meeting (as applicable) to obtain relevant information. Competitively bidding required work, negotiating and contracting with subcontractors to accomplish the work, as applicable. Meeting federal requirements (as applicable) for federally funded projects/contracts. Completing the Project on time and within budget per the plans and specifications. Reference Construction Safety & Phasing Plan in the project manual for allowable work hours.
