Reference Number 0000379742 The St. Louis Regional Airport Authority ("Authority") is seeking proposals from qualified contractors ("Contractor") with experience in conducting roof inspections, repairs, and entire roof replacements. The Contractor shall also be licensed and insured for conducting business within Illinois. The Contractor shall have previous experience working with membrane roofing materials. The Authority owns an approximately 700 square foot metal awning structure over a walkway with a flat roof. The existing roof contains gravel material sitting on steel decking. Recent inspection has found the existing roof material in need of removal and replacement. The roofing material that ties this structure into the main building structure also needs repaired/replaced. This building located at 8 Terminal Drive East Alton, IL 62024. It is estimated the roof is original to the facility. The project will include removal of all existing material and installation of a new membrane roof installation on this portion of the facility. This RFP is intended to create a fair and reasonable method for obtaining responses from interested parties. By issuing this RFP, the Authority is not obligated to enter into an agreement with any of the interested consultants. The Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals submitted and to waive any and/or all irregularities pertaining to the submission of proposals.
