The sections requiring repair must be restored using materials that match the existing fence in type, height, color, and finish. The scope includes, but is not limited to: Inspecting the damaged areas to confirm scope and dimensions. Removing and disposing of any damaged fence components. Removing old concrete and resetting the fence posts. (fence post should be buried 3ft) Supplying and installing new fence materials that match the existing fence in material, design, height, and finish. Ensuring that all work complies with local building codes and property guidelines. Cleaning up the worksite and properly disposing of waste.
