Reference Number 0000379744 The St. Louis Regional Airport Authority ("Authority") is seeking proposals from qualified contractors ("Contractor") with experience in conducting roof inspections, repairs, and entire roof replacements. The Contractor shall also be licensed and insured for conducting business within Illinois. The Contractor shall have previous experience working with membrane roofing materials. The Authority owns an approximately 15,700 square foot aircraft hangar with a slightly pitched membrane roof. Recent inspection has found the existing membrane roof in need of replacement. This building located at 4 Airline Court East Alton, IL 62024 was constructed in 1982. It is estimated the roof is original to the facility. The project will include a new membrane roof installation on this facility.
