Bid for Replacing Basketball Hardware BASE Bid- Village of East Alton Keasler Recreational Complex 4 New Wall Mounted Basketball Hoops With Glass Backboards and Must Be Adjustable From 10'-8' at the Keasler. Consists of 2 New Basketball Hoops Will Need to Either Be a Side Fold Wall Mount or Retractable. Must Also Include in Bid the Take Down of Old Hoops and Disassembly and Installing the New Mounting Assemblies and Rims for All 6 Hoops. This is a Prevailing Wage Job. Contractor Shall List Approx. Proposed Substantial Completion Dates With Their Bids. Proposed Completion Date of September 15, 2026 is Preferred by the Village. Mandatory Pre-bid Conference a Mandatory Pre-bid Conference is Scheduled for 10:00 Am Cst, June 4th at 10am at 615 Third St East Alton, Il 62024. Attendance Sign-in Rosters Will Be Circulated During the Meeting at the Site. No Bids Will Be Accepted From Contractors Not in Attendance. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
