The work consists of furnishing and installing crack sealant, crack mastic, and patching compound to treat existing cracks, potholes, and surface defects in the existing asphalt pavement to prepare the surface for chip/slurry seal application. The goal is to create a structurally sound , uniform, and sealed surface that will promote long-term performance.
