The successful bidder will have three hundred ninety-two (392) calendar days to complete the Project from the Notice to Proceed. The Engineer's Estimate for this Project is $1,708,000. Each bid must conform and be responsive to the invitation, the Plans and Specifications, and all documents comprising the Contract Documents.
