Butler Construction Company but the awarded amount is not available.** Madison Public Schools (MPS) is seeking bids from qualified and experienced civil/site work contractors to construct various exterior site improvements at Robert H. Brown School (980 Durham Road, Madison, CT) to facilitate the school's conversion from an Intermediate (grades 4-5) to an Elementary (Grades PreK-5) school. Improvements include expansion of an existing parking lot, constructing a dedicated drop-off area for Pre-K students, sidewalks leading to exterior classroom entrances/exits, site preparation and accessible walkways for a new PreK-K playscape area, grading/paving an existing crushed stone access driveway, and associated work.
