General work description: This project consists of sidewalk replacement, an ADA compliant curb ramp on the corner of North St and 10th St, and a residential driveway. The work shall be completed within 15 working days (Time of Completion) after the date the City issues a Notice to Proceed to the successful contractor. For unauthorized delays, Liquidated Damages are Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) per day. The estimated cost of the work is $38,870.00. Questions about alleged patent ambiguity of the plans, specifications, or estimate must be submitted electronically through the City's OpenGov portal prior to 4:00 pm on Monday, March 24, 2025. After this time, the City will not consider these questions as bid questions. All bidder's inquires must be submitted through the project Q&A in the City's OpenGov Procurement portal.
