Renovation of a mixed-use development in Holland, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; and swimming pool.
This project is contracted with Triangle Associates under a CM agreement whereby Triangle will act as the Owner's Agent. West Ottawa will hold all subcontract agreements.
