Middle Macatawa Trail Improvements in Holland and Zeeland Charter Township The work generally involves trail improvements and site improvements at Hawthorn Pond Park, 96th Avenue and Adams Street. Specific items include a restroom building, pedestrian bridge, boardwalks, footbridges, and retaining walls. Furthermore, proposed activities include site preparation inclusive of rough and finish grading, general removal items, bituminous paving, concrete paving, dumpster enclosure, native seeding, and lawn seeding. Document notes- An additional non-refundable charge of Twenty Dollars ($20.00) will be charged for UPS overnight shipping. Digital copies of bid set are also available by email or CD for a non-refundable charge of twenty dollars ($20.00). Proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, bank draft of bid bond of an approved surety company doing business in Michigan in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount proposed. Proposals shall be submitted in accordance with the Information for Bidders of the bid documents.
