**As of June 16, 2025, the project was awarded to Asphalt Paving Systems, Inc., with an awarded amount of $144,513.72.** Bids, along with bid securities, must be enclosed in a properly SEALED envelope bearing on the outside the name of the bidder and the NATURE OF THE BID CONTAINED THEREIN. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of any and all applicable Federal, State and local laws, regulations and requirements, including but not limited to: N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.25 et seq.(Prevailing Wage Act); N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2 (Statement of Ownership Disclosure); N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27et seq. (Affirmative Action); N.J.S.A. 52:32-44 (Business Registration), and the Citys adopted minimum standard insurance requirements. The Common Council, for the City of Summit and on behalf of the Summit City Cooperative Pricing System(#192SCCPS), reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals, waive any minor defects, and consider bids for sixty (60) days after their receipt pursuant to the Local Public Contracts Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et seq. No charge shall be made or recovery had for publishing any official advertising unaccompanied by such statement of price.
