Spruce Street Drainage and Retaining Wall Improvements This project includes the removal and replacement of approximately 160-linear feet of concrete ditch paving and the removal and replacement of approximately 1,300 square feet of timber retaining wall with a segmental block retaining wall Each Bidder must deposit with their Bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. All Bidders must be licensed in conformance with the Arkansas State Licensing Law for Commercial Contractors as defined in Arkansas Code 17- 25-101 and related statutes. The City of Greenwood, Arkansas, reserves the right to waive any informalities and reject any and all Bids. Bids shall remain firm for a period not to exceed 60 days from the Bid opening date. The Owner hereby notifies all Bidders that, in regard to any agreement entered into pursuant to this advertisement; small, minority and women owned business enterprises will be afforded equal opportunities to submit Bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, sex, age, religion, or national origin in consideration for an award. Question Deadline 04/04/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed in writing to Engineer.
