Bonding Requirements - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % Question Deadline 03/31/2025 at 12:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online Yes, Questions shall be submitted, in writing only, via the electronic submission on online. Proposers are cautioned not to contact other City staff during this RFP process. Failure to comply may result in disqualification. Proposals shall be firm for a period of 90 days commencing April 15, 2025. The City of Steamboat Springs reserves the right to reject any or all bids and proposals, to waive informalities or irregularities, in the proposals received, and to reject non-conforming, nonresponsive, conditional or qualified proposals, and to accept the bid/proposal which, in the City's judgment, best serves the interest of the City of Steamboat Springs and its citizens.
