Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Deweyville, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Improvements to the Town hall parking lot which include new asphalt, new curb wall, sump boxes, water way, and site grading. This is not the full scope of work. See Bid Schedule and Drawings for additional info. COMPLETION DATE: August 1, 2025, See Agreement for more info. Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond. The selected Contractor shall guarantee all work with a Performance Bond and Payment Bond. See Instructions to Bidders and Agreement for more info. Questions related to the Bidding Documents are to be submitted in writing to Karter Isaacson, karter@jonecivil.com no later than 2:00 pm on April 7th, 2025.
