2025 Annual Miscellaneous Curb & Gutter and Pavement Replacement Items to bid include approximately 1,300 LF of miscellaneous curb & gutter removal and replacement, 175 SY of concrete pavement removal and replacement and other items necessary to complete the project. The above public work will be let to the lowest responsible bidder and shall be performed in accordance with the plans and specifications for the same now on file with the Engineering Department for the inspection of bidders and in accordance with the prepared form of contract and bond also on file with said Engineering Department. No bid shall be awarded unless accompanied by Certificate of Organization and Authority, Disclosure of Ownership, together with a list of Subcontractors; and no bid shall be received without certified check for not less than 5%, nor more than 10% of the total amount bid or a bid bond for not less than 5% nor more than 10% of the total amount bid. Bidder's Proof of Responsibility paperwork must be on file with the City of La Crosse. New submittals are due no later than 4:00 p.m. on the Thursday one week prior to bid , showing sufficient financial ability, equipment, and experience to properly perform the contract.
