Project Duration Omnitrans intends to award the Contract for a five (5) year period. The Contractor shall provide 100% coverage for all labor and parts, equipment, and a comprehensive preventative maintenance plan for all covered equipment and emergency services. Provide ongoing preventative maintenance, repairs, and emergency services for the effective and economical operation of its Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) equipment systems as further described in HVAC Mechanical Equipment Types. Omnitrans intends to award the Contract for a three (3) year base period with two (2) single year option years. The replacement and addition of Heating Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) units located at Omnitrans East Valley (EV) and West Valley (WV) facilities. The summary of work includes replacement of all units that are beyond their useful life cycle according to the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) standards. All new equipment installed at the EV and WV locations shall be under warranty for the first year of operation and will continue to be covered in the full-service contract for the remaining four years after the warranty has expired. The successful Proposer will be required to comply with all applicable Equal Employment Opportunity Laws and Regulations.
