The project is expected to be awarded on November 18,2025.** Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, materials, and transportation necessary to complete the Project that includes: pulverizing 1,290 LF of existing asphalt roadway. Then, grade, shape, compact and pave with compacted HMA, adjust existing valve cans and sewer manholes/clean-outs to grade, including sweeping, clean up, traffic control and all other work necessary to satisfactorily complete this project as shown on the Bid Docs, including Specs and Project Exhibits. Bids must be accompanied by cash, a certified or cashier's check, or a bid bond in favor of the District in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the submitted total bid price. The District shall award the Contract for the Project to the lowest responsible bidder as determined from the base bid by the District. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive technical errors, discrepancies or informalities of a bid not affected by law, if to do so seems to best serve the public interest.
