Description

Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Ypsilanti, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Reference Number 0000435995 Improvements to the City of Ypsilanti Police Station basement to reduce water penetration on the interior of the building. The construction will include a new drainage well, submersible drainage pump, and new concrete form work. Bid Security in the form of a Certified or Cashier's Check or Bid Bond for a sum no less than 5% of the amount of the Bid will be required with each Bid. CONTRACTOR will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds each equal to one-hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Sum. The bonds shall be the OWNER's guarantee of the faithful performance and payment of all the CONTRACTOR's obligations under the Agreement. These bonds shall remain in effect for the period as stated in each bond's provisions. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of 90 calendar days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of the Bids. The OWNER reserves the right to accept any Bid, reject any Bid, or waive irregularities in Bids.
