Title: (RFQ # 12905B25Q0040) - Repair fire access road Description: THIS IS AN INFORMATIONAL NOTICE ONLY The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Pacific West Area Office has a construction requirement for Repair fire access road at Davis, CA. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation and supervision performing all required work in accordance with the plans and specifications for this requirement. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204 the magnitude of this construction project is between $100,000 - $250,000. USDA will issue a Firm Fixed Price Construction Contract. The Request for Quotation (RFQ), 12905B25Q0040 may be issued on or around April 4, 2025. The upcoming solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number 2025-03 dated 01/17/2025. The requirement is anticipated to be a total small business set-aside, under NAICS Code 237310 with a size standard of $45M. Completion timeframe for the resulting contract is to be determined.
