Renovation of a municipal facility in Bend, Oregon. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a 11,000-square-foot municipal facility.
Deschutes County requests proposals from qualified firms for comprehensive design services for the construction of building and site improvements at the Gray Courthouse building located at 1164 NW Bond Street in Bend, Oregon. The general program elements include an approximately 11,000 sq. ft. tenant improvement plus other building-wide improvements including flooring replacement, LED lighting upgrade, rooftop mechanical unit replacement, seismic upgrades, roofing replacement, building envelope conditions assessment and repairs, and site improvements. Deschutes County may reject any proposal not in compliance with prescribed procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any and all proposals upon a finding that it is in the public interest to do so.
