If necessary, an addendum shall be released to all registered Bidders on Thursday, April 10, 2025. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-26, in order to be eligible to submit a Bid for a Project, the Bidder and/or its subcontractor(s) shall be classified by NJDPMC and NJSDA in at least one of the following disciplines as listed below: C047 ELECTRICAL No bidder who is on the State Treasurer's or the Federal Government's List of Debarred, Suspended or Disqualified Bidders shall be eligible to bid on this project. Every bid must be accompanied by a certified check or a bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, but not more than $20,000. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days from the opening of the bids. The Pompton Lakes Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-22, those deemed to be non-responsive, and those bids submitted by bidders deemed not to be responsible under the Public-School Contracts Law. The Pompton Lakes Board of Education may also waive any informality in the bidding process in accordance with the law if it is in the best interest of the Board of Education. The contract, if awarded, shall be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder whose bid is responsive in all material respects to the bid requirements. No bid shall be deemed accepted until the adoption of a formal resolution by the Pompton Lakes Board of Education. Bid date description: All bids will be opened and read to the public at that time by the School Business Administrator at the Board offices.
