Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Stites, Idaho. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
SAFTY/TRAF OPER, Intersection Improv Mileposts : MP 22.220 - 22.470 For the work to replace sidewalk on the west side of SH-13 (Main St) from North Street to South Street. This will establish a formal parking area off the Highway (~10' wide) with the installation of curb and gutter for stormwater control. Stormwater improvements will include curb inlet boxes and a stormwater swale that will be established behind the proposed sidewalk (where possible). Improvements will also include ADA Compliant pedestrian ramps and crossings. As of February 06, 2026, the project is in Conceptual status. Anticipated letting year is 2027. IDDOT - SH 13, (Main St) SW; North St to South St, Sites *Project information has been obtained through a public state transportation improvement plan (STIP). A STIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the STIP often evolves based on funding availability.
