Renovation of a data center facility in Saint Charles, Missouri. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a communications tower.
The City of St. Charles School District is seeking bids for the installation of epoxy floor coating in three restrooms at Willie Harris Elementary. Remove and dispose of floor tile, Diamond grind to remove adhesive / thin set to bare clean concrete, All grinding equipment to be dustless, Repair cracks and holes with 2 part epoxy mixed with fiberglass resin, apply 2 part industrial grade epoxy primer, apply 2 component industrial grade pigmented epoxy primer and saturate with 1/4 inch vinyl flakes, broom and scrape to remove excess flakes, apply clear coat of 2 component UV stable epoxy, Final coat to be 1 application of high performance clear chemical resistant urethane. Proposals for the application of epoxy floor coating to 3 restrooms at Harris Elementary. The City of St Charles School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids. All RFP Questions due by 03/21/2025 by 12:00
