Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Festus, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Scope of Work for the Project are as follows: Excavation of the area for the concrete pavilion extension. Install a 6" thick concrete pad attached to the existing pavilion pad, using a 6 sack mix with fiber mesh. Instillation of an ADA ramp that will connect the parking lot to the pavilion. Construction of the ramp must meet all ADA guidelines for proper construction. Backfill, landscape and seeding and strawing around the disturbed area. The City of Festus anticipates issuing notice to proceed in April 2025 The City intends to award the contract to the most responsive, responsible bidder submitting the lowest bid and reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any irregularities in the best interest of the owner.
