Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Jackson, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The proposed work includes grading, drainage, retaining wall, and sidewalk construction along East Main Street. The DBE (Disadvantaged Business Enterprise) contract goal is 4% All bidders are required to use the pre-qualification process outlined by MoDOT. See the Missouri Standard Specifications for Highway Construction, Section 102 for additional information. Each bidder must deposit with their bid, security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for bidders. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after the actual date of the bid opening.
