Renovation of a mixed-use development in Monroe Township, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Water Heater Replacement . Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check made payable to the Monroe Township Board of Education for ten percent (10%) of the amount of the total bid, however, not to exceed $20,000.No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening thereof. No oral or other communications during the bidding process shall bind the Owner except as shall be contained in a written Addendum which the Owner may, in its sole discretion, issue in accordance with Applicable Law. Owner may award the Contract in whole or in part, select any combination of Bids and alternates, may waive any informalities, and may reject any or all Bids in the best interest of the Board. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any non-responsive bids or all bids, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-22, and to waive minor informalities or non-material exceptions that may be in the best interest of the Board. Bid date description: Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and delivered to the Office of the School Business Administrator/Board Secretary of Monroe Township Board of Education on or before the date and time indicated below. The envelope is to bear the following information: Title: Water Heater Replacement Bid Number WHR-2025 Name and Address of the Bidder. The School Business Administrator/Board Secretary shall publicly receive and open all bids on the advertised date and time. No bids shall be received after the time designated in the advertisement. (N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-21(b)).At this time the Board of Education does not accept electronic(e-mail) submissions of bids.
