Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Design plans call for the construction of a 15-story above grade, 144-unit multi-residential development; and retail development.
Construction of a mixed-use commercial and affordable housing development, with ground floor commercial uses and residential units on the upper floors. Approximately 50% of the units will be affordable. TIMELINE: The owner received subdivision & rezoning approvals in December 2025. Variance approvals are also in place. Plan approvals will be required; submission timelines are not currently available. Further update early 2027.
