Site work for a mixed-use development in Morristown, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
BEACH VOLLEYBALL COURT AT LIDGERWOOD PARK This project consists of the installation of a beach volleyball court, complete with a net, boundary lines, and a curbed court border, as well as underdrain piping The successful bidder will be required to execute the contract and file a bond within (10) ten days after award of the project and submit a Business Entity Disclosure Certification and any other necessary documentation. Bids must be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of a certified check, bid bond, or cashier's check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount bid, (bid bond amount not to exceed $20,000.00), and made payable to the order of the Town of Morristown, together with a "Consent of Surety" from a surety company authorized to do business in New Jersey stating that it will provide the contractor with a bond in such amount as requested in the advertisement or specifications. The right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in any bid is reserved if such an action is not detrimental to the interest of the Town of Morristown.
