**As of July 18,2025, the project was awarded to SRV Construction, Inc., with an awarded amount of $948,533.50.** This Contract provides for roadway improvements on 100th Street NE from 52nd Drive NE to 55th Avenue NE, approximately 1,050 linear feet. The work to be performed under this contract includes the removal of various existing site improvements, installation of new storm systems, biofiltration swale, cement concrete curbs, gutters and pervious concrete sidewalks, site grading, asphalt repair, and pavement markings. Additional items of work include temporary erosion control, traffic control and gen-eral site restoration, all in accordance with the Contract Plans, the Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. All work must be completed in accordance with the Contract Documents and the Contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. No bidder may withdraw its bid after the hour set for the opening thereof or before award of contract, unless said award is delayed for a period of forty-five (45) days.
