Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Marysville, Washington. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The project will include a full width grind and 2-inch overlay, pavement repair where necessary, upgrade curb ramps to meet ADA (including improvements at signalized intersections triggered by ramp upgrades), loop detection and video detection, utility adjustments and pavement markings. Sections of Ingraham Blvd may include some curbed median islands to improve corridor safety. Project received approximately $3.6M from the National Highway System (NHS) Asset Management Program for design and construction. As of March 26, 2025 ,This project is included in the city's 2025-2030 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
