**As of May 13, 2025, the project was awarded to Brothers Asphalt Paving, Inc, with an awarded amount of $2,141,980.68.** Site Directions: Various Streets within the Village of Carol Stream Est. Completion Date: Aug. 15, 2025 Pre-Qualification: Yes Milling and resurfacing/reconstruction of public streets with miscellaneous curb, sidewalk and driveway repairs. Also includes storm sewer repairs, underdrain installation and pavement markings. Some quantities include ton 6,300HMA Surface, 8000FT Curb Replacement. 75,000 SF Sidewalk Replacement. Prior to downloading Proposal Documents the contractor shall submit their Certificate of Eligibility provided by the Illinois Department of Transportation to the Engineering Services Department (engineeringservices@carolstream.org).
