Renovation of an educational facility in Milton, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 34,000-square-foot, four-story above grade educational facility.
Work Included: Provide labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the Work of this Section, including but not limited to fire-resistive joint systems for the following 1. Floor-to-floor joints. 2. Floor-to-wall joints. 3. Head-of-wall joints. 4. Wall-to-wall joints. 5. Perimeter fire-resistive joint systems consisting of floor-to-wall joints between perimeter edge of fire-resistance-rated floor assemblies and exterior curtain walls. Construction in two distinct phases: renovation of existing library on 3rd floor into classrooms and offices in 2025, followed by renovation of space on the 4th floor into new library in 2026. Questions relating to Filed Sub Bid categories, as well as all questions affecting these categories, will be accepted until 4:00 PM on Monday April 7, 2025. The Project consists of renovation of the present Cunningham School library into classrooms and offices to be complete in summer 2025 and the conversion of a fourth-floor storage area to a new library to be constructed in summer 2026. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
