A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The Milton Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the Housing Type: Elderly 667-01 Miller Ave. Apartments Development for the Milton Housing Authority in Milton Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by Vance Stein, Inc. The Project consists of: Emergency under slab plumbing repairs to replace broken kitchen drainpipes and the accessible kitchen renovation where concrete slab and under slab piping work will be completed. Job Location: 65 Miller Ave, Milton MA 02186 The work is estimated to cost $ $50,157.00 All bidding Requests for Information (RFI's) shall be submitted online by 2:00p.m., Monday, June 30th, 2025 for general bids. General bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five(5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (considering all alternates) and made payable to the Milton Housing Authority. The participation goals for this project shall be 15.3% for minorities and 6.9% for women. A. The work under the Contract consists of: 1. Selective demolition and proper disposal of all kitchen appliances, plumbing fixtures, lighting fixture, cabinets, countertops, kitchen flooring and other related finishes. The existing concrete slab is to be saw cut to facilitate repairs to the existing damaged under slab plumbing. New work includes patching the existing concrete slab, the installation of new kitchen finishes, appliances and fixtures providing a modernized accessible cooking environment with improved energy efficiency and durability for future occupants. 2. All Work either shown on the drawings or included in the specifications unless specifically indicated as not to be done. n addition, the Work under the Contract includes: 1. Work outside the project site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 2. The restoration of any items damaged or destroyed by encroaching upon areas outside of the project site. 3. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities.
