TOTAL ESTIMATED COST OF CONSERVATION $70,950 The Town of Milton requests proposals to provide gravestone/monument conservation and restoration services that will involve the following phases of work: Documentation; Conservation and Restoration; Reports. The full scope of services available by clicking View Documents below to retrieve the RFP. Each Proposal shall be submitted in accordance with the Submission Requirements in order to be considered for award. Any Proposal submitted shall be binding for sixty (60) days subsequent to the time of the opening of Proposals. The Town will not reimburse Proposers for any costs incurred in preparing proposals in response to this RFP. The Town may cancel this RFP or reject, in whole or in part, any and all proposals, if the Town determines that cancellation or rejection is in the best interest of the Town of Milton. The Town may reject as non-responsive any proposal that fails to satisfy any of the proposal submission requirements. Questions regarding this RFP shall be submitted in writing and shall be delivered to Nick Connors at nconnors@townofmilton.org. Questions regarding this RFP shall be submitted in writing by 2 pm on May 12, 2025. Questions presented after this time shall not be considered. No question shall be considered which is not submitted in writing. Any questions requiring consideration shall be answered in an addendum delivered to all proposers.
