Milton Town Lock-up Window Replacement. Selective demo, flashing, sealant, and installation of replacement windows as part of a historical preservation project at the Milton Lock-up. SCOPE OF WORK A. General Conditions, including General Requirements and all other items not mentioned specifically below. B. Site safety shall be maintained in compliance with the Town of Milton and local laws and regulations. C. Protection of adjacent sidewalks, grounds and plantings as required by the Owner and agencies having jurisdiction. D. Protection of adjacent roofs if required. E. Abbreviated Summary of the Work: Briefly and without force and effect upon the Contract Documents, the work can be summarized as follows: Masonry exterior wall repairs, including select areas of rebuilding and full-building repointing, as well as window replacement.
