Description

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Chipley, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

For the following project: CR 280 Douglas Ferry Road SCRAP Improvements This project will include resurfacing CR 280 Douglas Ferry Road from CR 284River Road to SR 79, as well as total reconstruction due to base failure with inportions of the resurfacing limits. Total length of the project is 10.875 miles. Completion date for this project will be 270 days from the date of the Notice to Proceed presented to the successful bidder. Liquidated damages for failure to complete project on the specified date will beset at $1,000.00 per day. The Washington County Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to waive in formalities in any bid, to accept and/or reject any or all bids, and to accept the bid that in their judgment will be in the best interest of Washington County.
