Completion Model The Contract Will Be Assessed Liquidated Damages in Accordance With the Specification for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Completion Date. Completion Dates and Liquidated Damages Must Be Completed No Later Than October 30, 2025. Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Final Completion Date Will Be Charged to the Contractor at the Rate of Two Thousand ($2,000.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed. Seasonal Shutdown Date The Seasonal Shutdown Date for Applicable Roadwork is October 31 of Any Given Year.
