Description

Renovation of a conference / convention center in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a conference / convention center.

There are currently 2 main fire panel nodes that are interconnected, as well as 1 sub panel. This will include removing the existing panels. Installation of new panels. Providing an alarm output to connect to additional speakers. Programing of new panels. Sensors should keep existing device id & location name. Testing of panels including verifying all sensor & alarms are working. Training staff on use of panel. The City reserves the right to qualify bidders, to waive any informalities in bidding and to reject any and/or all bids and to accept the bid deemed most favorable to the interest of the City.
