The City reserves the right to qualify bidders, to waive any in-formalities in bidding and to reject any and/or all bids and to accept the bid deemed most favorable to the interest of the City. The Gatlinburg Convention Center is requesting bids for the replacement of existing marquees with outdoor rated LED panels. The panels should have the following minimum specs. - Pixel pitch not to exceed 2.9mm -Outdoor direct exposure rating - Repairable and replaceable modules - 24x7x365 operation - Spare parts overage should be included. -Have brightness sensors to adjust to outdoor brightness. - A base media player/controller for each panel should be included. The Convention Center has determined the approximate size, location, & mounting type for each of the LED boards. Alternatives may be accepted after a review. They are as follows. - Mills Marquee Side 1 o This is a double-sided sign that will consist of 2 screens back-to-back on an existing structure. o Dimensions 2500mm x 1250mm o Mount/bolt to existing structure - Mills Marquee Side 2 o This is a double-sided sign that will consist of 2 screens back-to-back on an existing structure. o Dimensions 2500mm x 1250mm o Mount/bolt to existing structure - Airport Rd o Dimensions 3000mm x 1500mm o New Frame will be required - Parkway Rd o Dimensions 3000mm x 1500mm o Mount/bolt to existing block columns.
